What Ace 765 Casino Has for You

The Ace 765 lobby carries live dealer rooms from Evolution and Pragmatic Play — Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and Speed Roulette streamed in real time. Slot rooms include titles like Gates of Olympus, Mahjong Ways, and Sweet Bonanza alongside our own Comilla Speed Crash and Holdem Poker Pro. The sportsbook foregrounds cricket: BPL matches, international fixtures, and live in-play markets sit alongside Football

Goalrush and other categories. Every section of the lobby loads on Android and iOS without a separate download. Players in Dhaka reach the full lobby in seconds on a standard mobile connection. RTP figures are shown where the game provider exposes them — we do not publish figures they have not certified.

ACCOUNT HELP PATHS

Getting Help While You Play at Ace 765

If something stops working mid-session — a deposit that has not credited, a table that dropped connection, or a withdrawal pending verification — here is how to reach us. We keep three clear paths open so you are never left guessing who to contact or how long to wait.

Team online

Live Chat

Open the chat widget from any lobby page. Our Bangladesh support team handles account queries, wallet confirmations, and game issues directly in the session window.

Email Support

Send account or transaction details to our support address for issues that need a paper trail — withdrawal verification, KYC document review, or account access problems.

Wallet Verification Help

If your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket transfer shows sent but has not credited, our wallet team traces the reference number and resolves it without you needing to re-initiate the payment.

HOW WE RUN THIS

Fair Play and Account Standards at Ace 765

We want you to know exactly how Ace 765 keeps the lobby honest and your account safe. These are the operational standards we hold ourselves to — not marketing language, but the actual practices behind the product you are using. Availability of all features depends on your local law and eligible region.

Certified Game Providers

Every title in our lobby comes from studios — Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft — that publish independent audit certificates for their RNG and live-stream integrity. We do not host unverified content.

Account Security

Login sessions use OTP verification tied to your registered mobile number. We do not store payment PINs and your bKash or Nagad credentials never pass through our system.

Transparent RTP Display

Return-to-player figures appear on game info screens only where the provider has certified and published them. We do not invent or round up RTP numbers to make titles look more attractive.

Withdrawal Verification Process

Withdrawals go through a one-step identity check against your registered wallet number. Once cleared, the transfer routes directly to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account — no intermediary holds.

Key Terms Every Ace 765 Player Should Know

New to online casino play or just want to know what you are agreeing to? These are the terms that come up most often in the Ace 765 lobby — explained plainly, without jargon.

01
What is RTP in a slot game?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the percentage of total wagers a game returns over a very large number of rounds. A 96% RTP means 96 taka returned per 100 wagered on average across all sessions.

02
What does KYC mean for my account?

KYC means Know Your Customer — the identity verification step where you confirm your name and wallet number match. Ace 765 uses this to protect your withdrawals and prevent unauthorised account access.

03
What is a live dealer game?

A live dealer game streams a real croupier from a studio in real time. You see the cards dealt or the wheel spun on your screen and place bets through the interface, just like a physical table.

04
What is a crash game multiplier?

In crash games like Comilla Speed Crash, a multiplier climbs from 1x upward after each round starts. You cash out before it stops — the longer you wait, the higher the reward, but the multiplier can stop at any point.

05
What does wagering requirement mean on a promo?

A wagering requirement tells you how many times you must play through a promo amount before withdrawing it. Check the promo board for the exact figure attached to any active offer on your account.

06
What is in-play betting in the sportsbook?

In-play betting lets you place bets on a match while it is already in progress. Odds shift in real time based on the score and game situation — available on cricket and football markets at Ace 765.

Yes. The sportsbook section covers BPL matches, international cricket fixtures, and live in-play markets. You can switch between pre-match and in-play odds on the same screen during an active match.
